SIGN UP TO CLIMB MOUNT SNOWDON FOR GLOBALGIVING'S UKRAINE CRISIS RELIEF FUND

On Saturday 25 June (Easter Term Week IX), the Fisher Society will travel to Wales, climb Mount Snowdon and return to Cambridge within the same day.  We'll be raising money for GlobalGiving's Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund.

About the charity: Tens of millions of people in Ukraine have been caught in the escalating military conflict, and are in growing need of urgent humanitarian assistance.  GlobalGiving's Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund works with local partners in Ukraine and the surrounding regions where more than four million Ukrainian refugees have fled, bringing relief to terrified and displaced communities.

These local partners need resources to continue their life-saving work. Your donation to the Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund will provide shelter, food, and clean water for refugees; health and psychosocial support; access to education and economic assistance; and more.

For more details about GlobalGiving's Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund, visit their project page here.

Practicalities: Our climbers will meet at Fisher House at 5.45am on Saturday 25 June, arriving just before 11.00am.  We should return to Cambridge on the stroke of midnight.  You can find answers to frequently asked questions here.

If you would like to join our climb, simply fill in the form at the bottom of the page - there are a limited number of coach seats left!  The coach ticket costs £30, but if you need any financial assistance, please don't hesitate to approach Sean (sk2074) or Sr Ann (acs92) in confidence.  Afterwards, you will be guided to create a JustGiving page, and added to the Fisher Society's fundraising team.

All are welcome to join the climb, students and non-students alike.  For more details, please contact Sean (sk2074).

This fundraiser is hosted by the Fisher Society, the student-run Catholic society of the University of Cambridge, which meets at Fisher House, the Catholic Chaplaincy to the University of Cambridge.
